Study on Quality Standard for Guanxin′an Oral Solution

目的:制订冠心安口服液鉴别及含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别首乌藤中大黄素、三七、甘草及高效液相色谱法测定蒙花苷的含量。结果:大黄素、三七、甘草薄层斑点清晰;蒙花苷在0.01276～1.276μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.9%(RSD为1.1%)。结论:鉴别及含量测定方法均简便易行,重现性好。

Objective：To study the methods of identification and assay of Guanxin＇an Oral Solution. Method： Using TLC to identify emodin, radix notoginseng, liquorice and using HPLC to determine the content of buddleoside. Results： The linear of buddleoside was from 0. 012 76 to 1. 276 μg. The average recovery was 99. 7% withRSD 1.2%. Conclusion： The methods are simple and accurate.
