摘要
在流态化吸收式烟气脱硫试验装置上,进行废碱液(氢氧化钠)和Ca(OH)2双碱法烟气脱硫试验。由试验结果分析可知:喷射管插入深度是决定脱硫效率的重要因素;试验设备对不同SO2浓度适用的范围比较宽;废碱液烟气脱硫效率高;设备不易结垢且能长期稳定运行。对试验原理进行研究并给出动力学分析,为废碱液脱硫奠定了理论基础。
The dual-alkali FGD test was done in the fluidized absorption FGD test device with waste lye(sodium hydroxide) and Ca(OH)2.Results of the experiment show that insertion depth of the injection tube is a important factor to determine the removal efficiency;The test equipment can be used in different concentrations of SO2;Flue gas desulfurization with waste lye has high efficiency;equipment can operate stably for a long time with less solid fouling.The test principle was analyzed and dynamic analysis was given,providing a theoretical foundation for study of waste lye desulfurization.
