从旋轮的形状、旋轮进给比、旋压道次、壁厚减薄率和旋压力等对成形影响最大的工艺参数进行分析比较,论证了工艺参数的选取与旋压件精度之间的内在规律,提出了可行的选取方式。

In this article,technical parameters which mostly influence shape forming are compared and analyzed with a special effort,for example,shape of spinning roller,feed rate of spinning roller,pass of spinning roller,reduction rate of wall thickness,spinning force and so on. The inherent law between selecting technical parameters and spinning accuracy is also be demonstrated,and a practicable method is proposed.
