Analysis of Operational Mechanism of Green Economy

绿色经济是在生产、消费、分配、交换的各个环节上实现资源节约、污染减少和环境改善的经济,有发展的可持续性、全面性、循序渐进性和动态性特点。绿色经济包括厂商、居民和政府三大主体,涉及绿色生产、绿色消费两大经济过程,政府则需要为绿色生产和绿色消费搭建绿色平台。

Green economy is defined as those economic activities and phenomena including production, consumption, distribution and exchange, which save resources, reduce environmental pollution and improve environment quality, with the qualities of sustainability, comprehensiveness, gradualness and dynamism. Green economy operates in the green platforms provided by governments, including three subjects -manufacturers, residents and government and involving two economic procedures-green production and green consumption.
