"天籁草原.内蒙古大学艺术学院第三届音乐节"历时12天,以国内专家学者讲学,院内外师生音乐会展演,参加各级各类音乐专业赛事,以及内蒙古本土音乐展示活动及草原风俗考察调研活动为内容,搭建了自治区专业音乐教育成果展示、音乐学学术研究与交流、民族风格原创音乐作品展演和音乐家与院校师生艺术实践的平台。
