大跨度波形钢腹板PC组合连续梁悬臂作业桁车设计

Disign of Cantilever Operating Joist Barrow Uesed in Long-span Corrugated Steel Webs PC Composite Continuous-Girder Bridge

以我国首座大跨度波形钢腹板PC组合连续梁——鄄城黄河公路大桥工程实践为依托,介绍该类桥梁悬臂作业桁车设计的难点、关键技术及创新构造。实践证明该桁车满足了钢腹板安装定位等各项施工功能要求,工艺先进合理、工效高、混凝土悬浇质量好。

Difficult points,key points and innovative points of bridges cantilever operating joist barrow are introduced in this paper,which is based on Juancheng Yellow River Highway Bridge that is the first long-span corrugated steel webs PC composite continuous beam bridges of China.It was proved that joist barrow met several construction demands,such as the installation and orientation of steel web,and the technology is advanced and reasonable,and its work efficiency is high.The quality of concrete cantilever casting is good.
