摘要
针对海外项目施工中可能遇到的风险和问题,分析了海外施工项目在前期投标决策阶段的注意事项,为以后类似的工程投标提供借鉴。
According to the problems of overseas construction projects,this paper analyses it′ s attentions in decision phase of proplase bid,the research results could provide reference to similar projects bid.
