摘要
职工技术创新活动是一项系统工程,包括企业对市场的认知、企业注重提高职工素质、企业文化建设、企业建立推进职工技术创新的激励机制、政府的推动、工会组织的路径选择等诸方面。工会在推进企业自主创新中具有不可替代的作用。
The technical innovation of workers and staff is a systems engineering,including the knowledge of market,the improvement of workers＇ quality,the construction of corporate culture,the incentive mechanism of technical innovation,the promotion of government,trade unions＇ path selection and others.Trade union has an irreplaceable role to play in promoting this process.
