进城农民就业的路径依赖障碍分析

An Analysis of the Barriers of Employment Path Dependence of Migrant Workers

进城农民就业难以跨越社会关系、社会环境、文化和技术等路径依赖障碍,其主要原因是进城农民所拥有的就业资源不足、城市就业制度的历史延续、政府就业政策不完善、就业市场的竞争性和不规范性等,路径依赖障碍致使进城农民工作和生活状况较差、思想道德滑坡、犯罪问题严重,必须提高进城农民的就业能力,丰富他们的就业资源,畅通他们的就业路径。

It is difficult for migrant workers to overcome the employment path dependence barriers such as social relations,social environment,cultural and technological barriers.The major causes are migrant workers have inadequate resources of employment,the historical continuation of urban employment system,the imperfect employment policies,the competition and non-standards labor market,etc.The path dependent barriers led to poor working and living conditions of migrant workers,moral decline and serious crime.We must improve the employment ability of migrant workers,enrich their employment resources and smooth their employment path.
