摘要
对员工的激励,从某个方面来说就是员工的生存与发展问题。组织要发展必须解决好员工的生存与发展问题,通过激励来整合员工和组织的价值诉求,使员工和组织成为利益和价值的共同体,使其共同发展。
From one side,staff motivation is the issue of staff＇s survival and development.In order to develop,organizations must resolve the problems of survival and development of staff.Organizations must integrate the value demands of staff and organization through motivation,in order to make staff and organizations to become a community of interests and values.
