论我国职业教育法制的问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Legal System of Vocational Education in China

职业教育是基础教育和高等教育的中介,在经济社会发展中具有重要作用。但我国的职业教育因各方面原因存在一系列问题,这就需要职业教育法制发挥保驾护航的作用,使其健康发展。要通过对国外职业教育立法的借鉴,健全我国职业教育法制的完善和发展。

As an intermediary between basic education and higher education,the vocational education plays an important role in the social and economic development.However,there is a range of problems in China＇s vocational education for various reasons.This requires that the legal system of vocational education to play a role of escort so as to ensure its healthy development.We should improve the legal system of vocational education through learning from foreign vocational education legislation.
