摘要
集体协商制度建设中政府应发挥什么样的作用是决定制度成败的关键。从我国的情况看,无论从政府的本质、劳动关系实质的视角,还是从当前协调我国劳动关系的现实需要来看,政府都需要继续介入集体协商集体合同制度的建设并加强其作用的发挥。
In the construction of collective consultation system,the role of government is the key to success.In China,in the perspective of nature of the government or the nature of labor relations,the government must continue to intervene in the system construction of collective consultation and collective agreement and to strengthen its role.
