摘要
民营企业劳动关系管理成为后危机时代企业生存与发展的关键。劳动关系的调节实质上是劳资双方力量较量与平衡的过程,"劳弱资强"背景下的中国民营企业劳动关系调节,需要能够平衡双方力量的机制与理论来指导。公平与效率的平衡实质是责任与效率的平衡,具体机制设计应当考虑政府、企业、劳动者三方的利益驱动,应当兼顾三方特别是有利于企业通过承担员工责任,以实现效率的提升。
Labor relations management is a key factor to private enterprise development in post-crisis.The essence of labor relations regulatory is a comparing strength process between labor and capital.We need a theory and mechanism to balance both sides.The essence of balance fairness and efficiency is to balance responsibility and efficiency.Practical mechanism should consider government,enterprises and labor interests,should be beneficial to the three sides,especially enterprises which can improve their efficiency through taking employee responsibility.
