摘要
工资是职工最核心的经济权益。建立和完善工资分配体系,既是市场经济条件下民本政府之基本职责,也是工会作为职工权益"代言人"的应有之义。在我国,尽管广大职工的具体利益和全国人民的总体利益高度一致,但不同时点存在的利益差异也客观存在。工会如何基于共性基础上的差异,建立和完善与职工工资权益密切相关的监控体系已成当务之急。
The right to wage is the key factor of economic rights of employee.To establish and improve the wage distribution system is not only the basic responsibility of people-centered government,but also the responsibility of trade union as the representative of labor rights and interests.In China,although the general laborers’concrete interests and the overall interests of people across the country are highly consistent,but different interests at different times also exist.How to establish the wage monitoring system on the basis of differences has become imperative.
