在深入学习实践科学发展观活动中,工会组织必须主动适应新形势、新任务、新要求,坚持融入中心、服务大局、突出特色、打造品牌的基本原则,围绕保增长、促转型、增效益、上水平的任务目标,以激发职工的创造活力为途径促进企业又好又快发展;以加强工会维权机制建设为抓手发展和谐劳动关系;以推进基层工会规范化达标为重点深化自身建设,努力实现工会工作创新发展。

The new situation,new tasks and new problems brought new challenges to trade unions in enterprises.Trade unions in enterprises should start from corporate practice and reality,promote corporate development,protect workers’rights and interests in reform,improve the quality of trade union cadres,and innovate the concept,content,methods and systems of trade union work in order to play trade union’s role better.
