和谐校园是和谐社会的重要组成部分,构建和谐校园是高校工会义不容辞的职责。基层"教工小家"建设在构建校园和谐的民主政治氛围、和谐的劳动关系、和谐的育人氛围、和谐的校园文化氛围、和谐的帮扶体系及营造和谐友爱的小"家"等六个方面发挥着其它工作机构不可替代的作用。

Harmonious campus is an important component of a harmonious society.To build up harmonious campus is the duty of trade unions of universities and colleges.The construction of ＂small home of faculty＂ plays an irreplaceable role of building up harmonious democratic atmosphere,harmonious labor relations,harmonious educative atmosphere,harmonious campus culture and harmonious support system.
