摘要 用两株VA菌根真菌接种杉树苗,然后分别加入对羟基苯甲酸、邻香草醛和阿魏酸,结果接种VA真菌的杉树苗比未接种的长得好。接种GlomusmoseaeZ的杉树苗干重比对照增加27%~80%,接种GlomusmoseaeW的杉树苗干重比对照增加10%~60%。 Two strains of VA fungi were used to inoculate the chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) seedlings in pot culture. As the mycorrhiza formed in chinese fir roots, three kinds of phenolic compounds, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, o-vanillin and transferulic acid were added. The growth of chinese fir seedlings inoculated with VA fungi was better than uninoculated control. The dry weight of the plants inoculated with Glomus mosseae Z and G mosseae W increased by 27%80% and 10%60% over the control respectively.
