摘要
用富镁蒙脱石作缓泻药治疗仔猪白痢和早期断奶腹泻综合征，其治疗总有效率高于抗菌药物，显著高于硫酸庆大霉素（Ｐ＜０．０５）；对仔猪白痢的治疗效果各组间差异不显著。富镁蒙脱石对非感染仔猪腹泻疗效较好，且价格低廉，毒副作用小。
Smectite rich in magnesium was used as
antidiarrheic to treat the diseases of colon bacillus and diarrheic syndrome in piglets.
Compared with the antibiotics, the curative effects of smectite were higher in treating the
diarrheic syndrome of early weaning piglets, and significantly higher than sulphate gentamicin
(P<0.05). The curative effects on noninfectious diarrhea showed no marked difference. Smectite
is cheaper in price and has little side effect.
