When water temperature was 27.529 , the LC50 of Dipterex on Rana grylio tadpole in 24, 48, 96 h was 25.70, 16.22, 7.94 mg/L respectively, and its mass concentration of safety was 0.79 mg/L. Dipterex can be used to control some parasitic diseases and to prevent the damage from the harmful aquatic animals of Rana grylio.
