摘要
结合工程项目管理水平是建筑施工企业的核心竞争力体现,基于普遍性和规律性的原则,选取项目经理等九方面的指标构建工程项目管理水平评价指标体系,利用熵与未知测度理论建立综合评价模型,并通过实例验证其可操作性和适应性。
Combining with the level of engineering project management embodies the core competitiveness of the construction enterprises,it forms a relative index system by choosing nine factors which have strong effect on constructing cost and have generality and regularity.Then a comprehensive evaluation model is built based on entropy and unascertained measure theory,and through an example to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model.
