玄关优化设计在夏热冬冷地区住宅中的应用

Application of porch optimization design in hot summer and cold winter area

结合夏热冬冷地区多层商品房住宅现状,以嘉兴市为例,从建筑户型设计角度出发,对玄关优化设计做了初步探讨,分别阐述了玄关设计与建筑通风,降低热能耗及室内卫生环境之间的内在联系,对玄关的存在给予新的定义和挑战,为住宅节能提供了新的途径和思路。

Integrating with multi-storey residential housing status in hot summer and cold winter area,taking Jiaxing city as an example,starting from the angle of architectural model design,this paper respectively expounds internal relations aomong porch design and building ventilation,and lowering heat energy consumption and indoor thermal environment,and gives a new definition and challenge for the existence of the porch.Thus,it has offered a new way and thought for residential energy-saving.
