摘要
针对我国公路建设现状进行了分析,简单介绍了ABS模式的概念,分别阐述了ABS模式的优越性及存在的缺陷,提出了完善ABS模式的建议,并指出ABS模式在我国公路建设中蕴藏着巨大的潜力,是项目融资未来的发展方向。
Aiming at he current situation analysis of the road construction in China,introduces the concept of ABS model,illustrates the advantages of ABS model and shortages,points out the suggestions to improve the ABS model,and indicates the ABS model has great potential in road construction of China,so it is the development direction for future financing programs.
