摘要
根据水利工程的特点,对水利工程造价控制作了论述,分别从项目决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段以及竣工决算阶段等各个环节提出了造价控制措施,从而保证项目投资控制目标的实现。
According to the characteristics of hydraulic projects,the paper indicates the costs control in engineering costs,and points out the costs control measures in all stages,including the program decision-making stage,the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the complete stage,so as to ensure the control aims of the program investment.
