摘要
从建设工程评标专家日常管理入手,较为详尽的研究了建设工程评标专家管理的现状和存在的问题,针对性的提出了采用基于INTERNET的建设工程评标专家语音通知系统来加强专家管理的有效途径,为规范评标活动奠定了基础。
From the daily management of evaluation expert of construction projects,the paper researches the current status of the management of evaluation experts of construction projects and the problems,and points out the effective channels for improving the expert management by the evaluation of the expert voice notification system based on INTERNET,so as to lay the foundation for regulating the bidding activity.
