结合我国当前招投标工作实际情况,介绍了招标投标法的中标条件,探讨了如何确保工程量清单计价模式下的合理低价中标,并具体阐述了合理低价的三种评分办法,以指导实践,规范招投标工作,维护建设方和承包方权益。

Combining with current actual bidding condition,this paper introduces tender conditions of bidding methods,explores how to determine reasonable low-price bid-winning under engineering quantity list pricing mode,and expounds three scoring methods of reasonable low-price,with a view to guide practice,to regulate bidding work,and to maintain constructor＇s and contractor＇s rights and interests.
