摘要
以苏州站改造工程地下层桥梁施工为例,介绍了54.6 m简支箱梁张拉过程中对张拉材料与机具性能要求以及预应力筋的安装、张拉力与伸长量的计算、张拉的实施和孔道压浆等技术,为今后类似工程项目施工积累了宝贵经验。
Taking underground bridge construction of Suzhou station reconstruction engineering as an example,this paper introduces tensioning materials and machines performance requirement and prestressed reinforced steel installation,tensioning stress and elongation value calculation,tensioning implementation,and passageways grouting technologies in the process of 54.6 m simple support box girders tensioning,which has accumulated valuable experience for future similar engineering project construction.
