According to the discussion on the development of the general and sub-contract pattern, the paper according to the current status in China, analyzes from the graphic management, the scheme management, the business management, the measurement management, the experi- menta/management, quality management, data management and all kinds of technical management system by taking the civil building as the ex- ample, so as to direct the construction enterprises to establish their own general and sub-contract management method.
