介绍了设计变更和工程签证的涵义及内容,分析了引起设计变更及工程签证的原因,并探讨了设计变更及工程签证对项目的影响以及引起的价格计算,最后提出了变更控制措施,以保证施工合同的顺利实施。
This paper introduces the connotation and content of design change and engineering visa, analyzes the causes of design change and engineering visa, and explores the impacts of design change and engineering visa on the project and the price calculation, and then puts forward change control measures, in order to guarantee smooth implementation of construction contract.
