通过对规范管理的学习和落实,总结了目前的监理工作与监理规范要求之间存在的差距,并结合工作实践,提出了利用监理资料进行规范化管理的几点体会,以期提高监理服务质量,确保工程顺利完工。

According to the study and implementation of the regulating management, the paper sums up the gap between the supervision work now and the supervision regulating requirements, and points out some ideas for the regulating management with the supervision data by combining with some working practice, so as to improve the supervision service quality and ensure the smooth complete of the projects.
