摘要
以我国中部某市的部分楼盘为例,剖析了房地产楼层价差的设置规律、定价特点等,最后为房地产销售提出了相关建议,以指导房地产开发商合理调节楼层价差,顺利实现楼房整体的销售目标。
Taking the partial buildings of some city in the middle of China, the paper analyzes the allocation rules and the pricing features for the price differences among floors of real-estate buildings, and points out relative suggestions for real-estate sales, so as to direct the developer of the real-estate to have the reasonable adjustment of the price differences of floors and realize the sale aims for the buildings smoothly.
