结合蜀河水电站建设成本管理信息化实践,探讨了如何在水利水电项目中实行项目成本管理信息化,详细介绍了目前中水十一局项目成本管理体系内容及运作模式,对引进项目管理软件所取得的效果加以说明并提出了有益建议,对今后同类工程项目管理具有指导意义。

Combining with the application of the informationization of the construction costs management in Shuhe hydropower station, the paper explores the ways of how to implement the informationization of the costs management in programs, introduces the contents for the costs manage＇- ment system and the operation mode in the Eleventh Hydro Bureau, and indicates the achieve effect for imputing program management software, and points out some good advice, so as to direct other similar engineering program management.
