法学基础教学中社会主义法治理念的教育模式具有思想性、针对性、沟通性和生动性等特点。法学基础教育模式的相关要素包括国家要素、社会要素和高校要素。法学基础教学中社会主义法治理念的教学模式是以教育模式的特点为基础,对不同教育教学要素的有机组合,主要包括"课堂讲授模式"、"案例教学模式"和"体验式教学模式"三种,各种教学模式要充分展示教师和学生的双主体性。

The education model of socialist concepts of rule of law bears the traits of being ideological,directive,communicative,lively and dynamic.Relevant elements of fundamental law teaching model include elements related to the nation,the society and the university.The teaching model of socialist concepts of rule of law is the combination of different teaching elements based on the traits of education model which mainly consists of three models: classroom teaching model,case teaching model and experiential teaching model.Each teaching model must fully exert the subjective roles of both teachers and students.
