天津市利用外商直接投资的绩效分析

本文首先对天津市利用外商直接投资的规模、结构进行了分析,阐述了FDI对天津的经济总量增长和产业结构的升级的积极效应;文章继而着重分析了天津在利用外资中存在的问题和潜在的风险,最后,文章给出了提高利用外资质量,进一步推动天津产业结构升级的对策建议。

Above all,this paper analysed the scale and structure of FDI in Tianjin,expatiating the important contribution the foreign direct investment（FDI） had made to the economic development and industry structure upgrade.Secondly,the paper emphasized on the existed problems and potential risks in the process of utilizing FDI.Base on aforesaid view,policy suggestions on which would enhance the utilization of FDI and improve the industry structure are proposed finally.
