以国家公园的理念建设海南国际旅游岛

海南国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略正式启动。拥有保存较整的热带雨林这一世界珍贵自然遗产和近乎原始的生态环境,使海南际旅游岛建设具有国家公园的品位和内涵。本文提出把海南国际旅游当成泛国家公园来建设,坚持国家公园的保护第一性和社会公益性的本理念,把热带原始雨林小心保护好无愧地传给子孙后代,并为社会众提供休闲、度假、娱乐、科学研究和生态教育等机会。注意避免国家游岛建设中的偏向和误区,真正把海南岛建成中外游客的度假天堂和南老百姓的幸福家园。
