嵌入式自适应PID控制器在矿井输送机中的应用

摘要 矿井输送机运行过程中,由于被控对象具有时变、非线性等因素,传统自适应PID控制算法难以满足控制要求。针对这一问题,采用蚁群算法优化PID控制器各环节的系数,并将改进的PID控制算法在基于Windows CE操作系统的ARM9电路板上实现,从而对矿井输送机进行控制。实验结果表明,采用嵌入式自适应PID控制器在矿井输送机中起到了很好的效果。
