A Research on the Contemporary Western Government Reform

当代西方政府改革已走过了30多年的历程,其做法趋势体现了当代公共管理的新理念。本文在通过对比当代西方各国政府改革实践的基础上,得出了当代西方政府在改革中寻求"有限"与"有为"平衡发展的结论,并提出了对我国政府改革的一些启示。

The contemporary western government reform has a history of over 30 years,whose developing trend of practice reflects the new concept of modern public administration.This paper aims to get the conclusion that the contemporary western governments are seeking for the balanced development of ＂limited government＂ and ＂promising government＂ in the process of government reform,and then puts forward some enlightenments to our Chinese government reform.
