志愿服务组织的规范运行与管理研究——立法推动的视角

Study on Standard Operation and Management of Voluntary Service Organizations

本文通过对北京志愿服务立法前后三次调查研究数据的对比分析,就北京地区志愿服务组织的发展规模、登记注册、内部建设等方面的情况,研究立法对推动志愿服务组织规范运行与管理所产生的作用。

Through contrast and analyzing data of three times＇ investigations from start to finish legislation on Beijing voluntary service,this paper studies legislation function in promoting organizations＇ standard operation and management,concerning situations of their developing scales,register,interior construction and so on.
