实施国际医学教育标准 构建以学生为中心的人才培养模式

Implementing international medical education standards and constructing a student-based model of training qualified students

国际医学教育标准倡导以学生为中心的教育理念，明确了医学教育改革的方向、途径和方法，其中心目的在于促进以学生为中心的人才培养模式的形成。华中科技大学同济医学院依据国际医学教育标准，实施了一系列的教学改革（简称同济医学教育行动计划），构建了以学生为中心的医学教育人才培养模式。

International medical education standards advocate students-based learning and the establishment of a student-based model of training qualified students is considered as the orientation, ways and means of medical educational reform. Adhering to international education standards, Tongji Medical College （TMC） of Huazhong University of Science and Technology （HUST） has framed and implemented a series of reforms（TMC Medical Education Action Program） and has established an effective student-based model of training qualified students.
