按照岗位需求构建护理专业学生人文课程及其评价体系 被引量:2

Construct the course and evaluation system of nurse humanistic quality education according to the job demand

摘要 目的明确护理专业学生人文素质教育的课程目标,并形成可量化的评价手段。方法①通过对省内外176家用人单位的广泛调研,归纳分析护理岗位需要的人文素质内涵和培养目标;②广泛开展交流研讨,明确人文课程开设课目,实施教学内容和方法的改革;③在实践中探讨人文课程的评价机制。结果①结合岗位需要重新界定了护理学专业学生人文素质教育的内涵,并归纳出护理岗位对护士思想品质、人文知识和社会能力三方面的具体要求;②根据分步骤、分阶段实现目标的原则,设置了由显性课程+隐性课程+专业课程组成的较为完整、系统、立体交叉的人文素质课程体系;③通过教改促使人文显性课程的教学内容更具护理专业针对性,教学方法和评价更能体现学生能力的培养;④通过建立人文素质档案等手段使得对学生的评价能够明确量化。结论构建了密切结合岗位需要的体现护理专业人文素质教育目标的课程体系,完善了教学方法和评价体系。 Objective Define the objectives of nursing humanistic education courses clearly and form a quantifiable appraising way. Methods (1) Through the extensive survey to 176 employing units which are inside and outside the province, concluding and analyzing the purpose and intention of nursing humanistic quality education courses. (2) Carrying out exchanges and communications extensively, establishing the nursing humanistic quality education courses purposefully and reforming the content and methods. (3) Studing the assessment mechanism of humanistic education through practices. Results (1) Combining the posts needs and redefining the intention of humanistic education, analyzing the needs of emotion, knowledge and ability for nursing posts. (2) According to the principles of steps and phases, setting the complete, scientific and intersectional system of manifest courses + hidden courses + professional courses. (3) Through the teaching reform and discussion, making the nursing humanistic manifest courses more pertinent, the teaching methods and appraise will be more clearly to reflect the development of students ' ability. (4)Through the establishment of a humanistic quality records to quantity the evaluations of students unambiguously. Conclusions Establishing the course systems which link the posts closely and reflect the nursing professional teaching aims, consummating the teaching content, method and evaluating system at the meantime.
