法医学案例启发式教学方法的实践与探索 被引量:4

摘要 高校公共选修课程法医学的教学中存在着教学时数少、教学内容多、学生专业背景不一、教与学不协调等问题.基于复杂的"鉴定-教学-科研-体化"实践经验,汕头大学医学院法医学教研室充分运用多媒体教育技术,将以问题为基础学习教学方法和启发式教学方法的优点有机融合,选择代表性案例实施"案例启发式"教学,并在课程设置、考核方式及网络教学等方面进行了改革.实践证明,这种以案例为基础、以问题为导向的"案例启发式"教学方法,激发了学生的学习兴趣,调动了学生主动复习相关基础知识和参与教学的积极性,促进了学生创新思维的形成,特别是综合运用跨学科理论思考的主观能动性,体现了"教学并重、教学相长"的教学理念. Currently, the teaching of forensic medicine as a selective course faces the problems such as less teaching hours, more contents, different professions, and incongruous teaching and learning, etc. According to the practical experiences of "identifying-teaching-studying" in many years, the authors utilize the modern educational technologies and synthesize the excellence of PBL and heuristic teaching methods, and finally the case heuristic teaching method has been proposed and applied. Meanwhile, the authors explore and reform the course setting, examine formats, and web education etc. It is proved that the new teaching method based on cases and problems can arouse students' leaning interest and initiative, and the innovative thinking. And it is also in accordance with the teaching idea which teaching and studying should promote and advance together.
