摘要
目的了解以问题为基础学习(problem—based learning,PBL)教学方法在学生综合能力培养中的优势。方法对哈尔滨医科大学七年制临床医学专业学生PBL教学班与传统教学班(非PBL班)在基础医学教育阶段综合考试的成绩进行比较分析。结果非PBL班学生在回忆和解释层面上的考核分数较高,PBL班学生在问题解决的考核项目上分数较高,结果经统计学检验,P〈0.05,两者差异具有统计学意义。结论PBL教学方法在培养医学生自主学习能力和对知识的灵活运用能力上优于传统教学方法。
Objective To understand the advantage of PBL teaching in developing comprehensive competence. Methods Score of the comprehensive examinations were compared and analyzed for the PBL class and the non-PBL class of the seven-year medical students at the stage of basic medical sciences, and ttest was used. Results Score of non-PBL class in memorization and interpretation were higher than that of PBL class, and the students in PBL class scored higher in problem solving, both of which had statistical significance. Conclusions In PBL teaching, more attention is paid to develop self-directed learning and flexible use of knowledge.
