摘要
胶原蛋白是动物结缔组织重要的蛋白质,因其具备良好的生物学特性被广泛应用于各个领域。文章综述了Ⅰ型胶原提取过程中的pH值、温度、酶等条件控制对提取结果的影响,讨论了各影响因素间的关系,例举了一些提高Ⅰ型胶原产率的方法。
Collagen,a significant protein in mammalian connective tissue,is used extensively in many fields due to its good biological characteristics.In the extraction of typeⅠcollagen,the influences of controlling the conditions such as pH,temperature,enzyme on the results are reviewed.The relationship between various factors is discussed in this paper,and some methods to increase the yield of typeⅠcollagen are cited.
