低分子肝素治疗糖尿病肾病36例疗效观察

Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Low Molecular Weight Heparin: Observation of Curative Effect of 36 Cases

目的观察低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法将70例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组36例,对照组34例。两组患者均行降糖降压治疗,观察组在此基础上加用低分子肝素治疗。观察两组的尿蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、胆固醇及平均动脉压的变化。结果两组治疗后尿蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、胆固醇及平均动脉压较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05);两组的治疗效果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素治疗糖尿病肾病能有效改善肾功能,减少尿蛋白,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin （LMWH） on diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods Seventy cases of DN were randomly divided into observation group（36cases） and control group（34cases）.Both groups were treated by blood glucose control and blood pressure control, and LMWH was added to the observation group. Uine protein, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine, cholesterol and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were observed. Results Uine protein, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine,cholesterol and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were improved after treatment （P〈0.05）, with a significant difference in the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion LMWH can effectively improve renal function and reduce protein, worthy of being clinically used.
