摘要
利用不同含水量的汽轮机油乳状液,在不同的试验条件下,对轴承系统内的承载能力、油膜温度、轴心轨迹、摩擦力矩和功耗进行了实验研究,分析了含水汽轮机油对轴承使用的影响。结果表明,在试验条件下,含水汽轮机油的轴承轴心轨迹随轴承转速的增加,其偏离圆心的程度也越大,随含水量的增加变化不明显;摩擦力和功耗变化不明显;含水汽轮机油对轴承的工作稳定性和可靠性影响也不明显。研究结果符合流体动力润滑学理论。
With the test rig designed by ourselves,the load capacity of bearing,the temperature within the oil film,the loci of the shaft centre,the friction force and the power consumption of different water content in turbine oil were measured in different experiment conditions.And the hydromechanical capacity was also analyzed.The results indicated that the load capacity of bearing decreased observably because of the turbine oil emulsion.The temperature of film decreased along the decreasing of rotational speed of bearing,and increased a little along the increasing of water content.The loci of the shaft centre deviated from the circle centre further as the rotational speed increased,but little variation with a change of water content.Variations of friction force and power consumption were not obvious.The results accorded with the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication,and showed water containing turbine oil had little influence on stability and reliability of bearing.
