摘要
由于全球对石油能源的需求量一直持续增长,仅依靠陆上及浅海油田的开采已无法满足要求,而深海中还蕴藏着丰富的石油资源。为了提高对海上石油资源的开采能力,FSO越来越受到大家的关注。本文针对FSO这种形状复杂又有规律可寻的结构,利用工程有限元分析(FEA)前/后处理器FEMAP构建其有限元模型。遵照DNV规范,以母型为基础对30万吨FSO舱段结构进行改型设计,经总纵强度和局部强度计算分析表明,改型设计后舱段结构安全且重量更轻。
As a result of the increasing of the demand for oil all the way in the world scale,exploitation in land and shallow sea oil field can't satisfy our requirements.However,there is abundant oil resource in deep sea.To develop the ability of exploitation of the oil resource in the sea,the application of FSO(Floating Storage and Offloading)is getting more and more attention.In this paper,the finite element model of FSO is established using the FEMAP,the shape of which is complex but also can be tackled,how to make the procedures of modeling more simple and convenient is also discussed.This revision is according to DNV rule with using FEMAP with NASTRAN finite element analysis software.Through calculating the lognitudinal strength and local strength,the result shows that the structure is safer and lighter than before.
