摘要
潜艇结构在焊接过程中产生的残余应力是关系到结构安全的重要指标。由于焊接是一个涉及到热、力、冶金等多学科的极为复杂的过程,要对其进行准确预测十分困难。本文首先对与潜艇相关的厚板、环焊缝和压力容器焊接残余应力的技术现状及存在的主要问题进行论述;然后介绍潜艇焊接残余应力的试验和模拟;并对残余应力影响潜艇结构疲劳强度和稳定性以及潜艇结构残余应力消除技术等方面进行了详细论述和总结;最后指出了一些尚待进一步研究的问题。
Welding residual stresses of submarine structures is very important for structural safety.Welding is a very complicated process related to multidisciplinary such as thermology,mechanics,so it is very difficult to predict.First,the technology conditions and the existence primal problems of welding residual stresses of submarine involving thick plate,circular weld and pressure vessel were dissertated in the paper.Then,the test and simulation of welding residual stresses,the fatigue strength and the stability and the elimination welding residual stress of submarine structures and so on were detailed described and summarized.At last,a number of issues need to be further studied were put forward.
