The meaning of carring out the system of forest-cutting limit and its effect on the economy of forestry enterprise under the circumstances of market economy were expounded. By using optimized model of input-output and linear programming,the production and management of forestry enterprise was planned,and the way of solving the contradiction of economic development of enterprise and forest-cutting limit was put forward.
