东北地区菊属花粉比较形态学扫描电镜观察

The Observations through Microscope Scanning on the Comparative Morphology of Pollen of Dendranthema in Northeastern China

利用扫描电镜对菊属9种花粉进行了比较观察。其花粉外壁纹饰可分为3个类型：Ⅰ具不明显刺状突起；Ⅱ具刺状突起；Ⅲ具明显利状突起。比较结果表明,9种花粉有一定亲缘关系。

Nine types of pollen were comparatively observed with microscope scanning. The external forms of the pollen can be classified into three types: Ⅰ. with non-conspicuous prickly convexities: Ⅱ. with prickly convexities; Ⅲ. with conspicuous prickly convexities. The result shows that there is a sort of kinship in the nine types of pollen.
