摘要
图书馆是一个服务机构,图书馆与读者之间存在合作关系,信任是合作的基础。从信任的概念、信任对图书馆的重要性出发,分析了读者对图书馆信任缺乏的表象,提出建立读者对图书馆信任,构建读者与图书馆和谐关系的建议。
Library is a service institution.It is assumed that trust should be built between library and readers for the sake of cooperation.Trust is supposed to be the basis of developing harmony.
