摘要
以区域技术创新的内涵及构成要素为基础,构造覆盖面较广的指标体系,通过相关性分析,保留各子系统内比较相关的指标,构建区域技术创新能力综合评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法计算各子系统的评价指数,同时利用熵值法确定各子系统的权重,从而得出区域技术创新的综合指数。对泰安市2004—2008年的区域技术创新能力情况进行实证分析,结果显示,泰安市区域技术创新能力呈现出不断增长的趋势。
The paper established the index systemon the basis of the connotation and inscape of the regional technological innovation,and used method of correlation analysis to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system.And the method of correlation analysis will retain some indexes that has relative relationship in each subsystem.Then it used principal component analysis to calculate the index of subsystem in the regional technological innovation,and determinded the weight of each subsystem using the method of entropy,at last calculated the total index of regional technological innovation.Through empirical analyzing the technological innovation ability of Tai an between 2004 and 2008,the papercame to a conclusion that the technological innovation ability of Tai an had a constituent growing trend.
